Apartment 3 is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with all home comforts. It has been awarded a 4 star rating from Visit Wales and is ideally situated close to the sea, shops, and train station.
The apartment is fully self-contained and has all the amenities you would expect in your own home, including a 7-seater sofa.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are fully redecorated and comfortable. Kitchen is also fully equiped.
The Space
Our apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant street within easy walking distance of all the amenities Llandudno has to offer (~3 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, and the Great Orme Tramway, ~4 minutes walk to the beach and pier, ~ 10 minutes walk to the train station ). We have a pleasant seating area at the front of the building, to sit and enjoy the warmer weather. Llandudno is 3 miles off the A55, ensuring easy access to Liverpool & Manchester airports, Snowdon, Betws-Y-Coed, Anglesey, Conwy and all the other North Wales attractions.
The apartment has all the amenities you would expect in your own home, including free Wi-Fi, gas central heating, Emma matress . Bedding, linen, towels, electricity, gas and water costs are included in the price. It is fully fitted and equipped kitchens including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, washing machine with clothes airer, microwave, oven and hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner. High chair and travel cot are also available upon request.
Both lounge and bedroom are fitted with smart television and DVD players. We have a collection of free DVDs available for use by our customers. We also have subscriptions for Netflix, amazon prime, Disney +, and Now TV on all smart TVs.
Both bathrooms have been rebuilt to a high standard with showers fitted as standard. Hair dryer is provided.
The 3 bedrooms are fully redecorated and comfortable.
Parking is free and unrestricted in the local area. Unfortunately, allocated parking for residents is not available. However it is usually quite easy to find a parking space close by.
About us
The building consists of 4 apartments to rent, of varying size and sleeping arrangements, to meet all your needs. The apartments have been completely rebuilt and incorporate the latest Fire and Smoke detection system with double fire doors and seals on each unit.
All the apartments are fully sound-proofed and insulated for your comfort and privacy.
The apartments are owned by 2 families who share a common a goal – to provide you with high quality, clean and comfortable accommodation, and to help you make the most of your holiday!
Apartments 3 and 5 are owned by husband and wife, Pierre Frandji and Sharon Longhurst. Although we don’t live in the building we are only a phone call away and will help you in any way we can.
You may arrive as strangers, but we hope you will leave as friends.
All the apartments are fully soundproofed and insulated for your comfort and privacy.
Guest access
Apartment 3 is one of the 5 self-contained, independent apartments whithin a beautiful victorian Building located in Arvon Avenue. It is located on the first floor. Access is made by picking keys (both entrence and flat keys) in a coded keybox. Code for the keybox will be provided after securing reservation. This allows guest to check in anytime after 3pm.
Other things to note
Please ensure that you respect the 10am departure time as we often have only limited time to prepare the flat ready to high standard for the next guest. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
